One thing is certain in my life: if I step into the flower market, I will end up buying *ALL* the flowers until I turn my apartment into a flower shop itself.
Which is not such a bad thing, isn’t it?
I was there few weeks ago, and I found some of my all-time favorites, Chamomile and the most beautiful Persian Buttercups! I thought they made such a great combination for a floral table setting, and you know… the weather is getting warmer, and it’s time for dinners with friends!
So this is how I style my table, it takes about 10 minutes, but it looks wonderful!
Gather a bunch of jars and glasses that you already have at home. They don’t need to match, in fact the more variety the better. I’ve used anything from shots glasses, regular glasses, apothecary jars, mason jars, juice bottles etc. Play with different heights and shapes.
Fill all glasses and jars with water. If you want to make your flowers last a bit longer, you can add a tablespoon of vodka in a liter of water. Yes, vodka! It sounds weird but it helps preserve fresh-cut flowers!
Start by cutting the stems shorter to fit the jars. Don’t get too precise, again, play with different heights, and variety of flowers.
Keep adding flowers and greenery until you’re happy with the result and you’re done!

Love this ! So gorgeous !
Thanks!🌸
Wow! So pretty!
Great tips! I love the color choice. I’m going to have to try the vodka trick next time I’ve got fresh flowers in the house!

This looks so great. I love picking up fresh cut flowers and doing the same thing. Definitely going to use your printable cards and try them out on some of my tablescapes.
Looks adorable Valentina! I especially like the idea with the place cards.
