Spring has finally arrived in Shanghai, it was about time, wasn’t it? Nice weather calls for refreshing late afternoon drinks and all windows open!
I was working on a table setting post last week (coming super soon) and my friend Harry decided to join and came up with a great cocktail to pair! I’m pretty sure you’ll love it as much as I do, it has the perfect sweet/tangy combination. Recipe here below 🍸
• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 0.75oz Peach Liqueur
• 0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
• 3 Dash of Angostura Bitters
• Juice of half Lemon
• Egg white.
Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well. Fine strain into a classic martini glass, and garnish with edible flowers and petals.
